Complaint Form for Alleged Acts of Corruption
Instruccions:
The Office of Transparency and Integrity of the Guatemalan Institute of Tourism (INGUAT) aims to promote transparency and administrative integrity among individuals providing personal services within the institution, including officials, public employees, temporary staff, and individuals without an employment relationship.
If you are aware of and have evidence of any act committed by an INGUAT employee or official that may be considered illegal, immoral, or dishonest, this is the appropriate administrative channel to submit your complaints and reports.
The Office of Transparency and Integrity of the Guatemalan Institute of Tourism (INGUAT) is a safe and reliable space that will follow up on submitted complaints and reports in accordance with the provisions established in the General Directorate Agreement that created it, as well as the laws of the country.
