It provides information and assistance to national and international tourists in Spanish and English about tourist attractions, transportation services, food, cultural events, and all types of establishments and tourist services registered with INGUAT, both in the area and nationwide. Tourists can find printed INGUAT materials such as maps and brochures of the country’s tourist destinations.
Additionally, it provides assistance to tourism businesses by issuing hotel tax receipts and authorizing guest registration books, as well as linking with the Tourist Assistance Department in case of any emergency.
