It provides information and assistance to national and international tourists in both Spanish and English about tourist attractions, transportation services, food options, and all types of establishments and tourist services registered with INGUAT, both in the area and nationwide. Tourists can also find printed INGUAT materials such as maps and brochures of the country’s tourist destinations.
Additionally, it offers support to tourism businesses by issuing hotel tax receipts and authorizing guest registration books, among other registration and enrollment procedures.
