Oficina de Transparencia y Probidad -INGUAT-Formulario de denuncias de supuestos hechos de corrupción
Instrucciones:
La Oficina de Transparencia y Probidad del Instituto Guatemalteco de Turismo (INGUAT), tiene como objetivo promover la transparencia y probidad administrativa en las personas que prestan servicios personales en la institución, incluidos funcionarios, empleados públicos, personal temporal y personas sin relación de dependencia.
Si usted conoce y tiene evidencias de algún hecho cometido por algún empleado o funcionario del INGUAT, que pueda considerarse ilegal, inmoral o deshonesto, este es el espacio administrativo adecuado para que presente las quejas y denuncias correspondientes.
La Oficina de Transparencia y Probidad del Instituto Guatemalteco de Turismo (INGUAT), es un espacio seguro y confiable, que dará seguimiento a las quejas y denuncias presentadas de acuerdo a los establecido en el Acuerdo de Dirección General de su creación, y las leyes del país.

The Office of Transparency and Integrity of the Guatemalan Institute of Tourism (INGUAT) aims to promote transparency and administrative integrity among individuals providing personal services within the institution, including officials, public employees, temporary staff, and individuals without an employment relationship.
If you are aware of and have evidence of any act committed by an INGUAT employee or official that may be considered illegal, immoral, or dishonest, this is the appropriate administrative channel to submit your complaints and reports.
The Office of Transparency and Integrity of the Guatemalan Institute of Tourism (INGUAT) is a safe and reliable space that will follow up on submitted complaints and reports in accordance with the provisions established in the General Directorate Agreement that created it, as well as the laws of the country.
