This office provides information and assistance to both national and international tourists in Spanish and English, offering details about tourist attractions, transportation and food services, and all types of establishments and tourism services registered with INGUAT, both locally and nationwide. Tourists can find printed materials from INGUAT, such as maps and brochures about the country’s tourist destinations.
Additionally, the office assists tourism entrepreneurs by issuing hotel tax receipts and authorizing guest registration books, among other registration and enrollment procedures.
