Provides information and assistance to both national and international tourists in Spanish and English about tourist attractions, transportation services, food options, and all types of establishments and tourist services registered with INGUAT, both in the area and nationwide. Tourists can find printed INGUAT materials such as maps and brochures of the country’s tourist destinations.
It also offers services to tourism business owners, including the issuance of hotel tax receipts and the authorization of guest registration books, among other registration and enrollment procedures.
